I agree to hold Galway Community Circus harmless from all injury, loss or damage that may arise from my own negligence.

Galway Community Circus reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

I understand if I miss a class due to personal circumstances, I will not get a refund for that class.

In the event of closure in exceptional circumstances that are beyond management control such as adverse weather conditions, refunds cannot be processed. Where possible, Galway Community Circus will do its best to schedule a make-up class.

You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@galwaycircus.com.

You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed or filmed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing info@galwaycircus.com.

I understand Galway Community Circus reserves the right to remove those who violate our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy and Bullying and Harassment Policy without refund.
