Always wanted to try aerial? This 6-week course is the perfect place to start! Designed for complete beginners with no previous aerial experience, you'll learn the fundamentals of aerial in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Over six weeks, you'll build strength, confidence, and body awareness while trying a variety of aerial equipment, including silks, hoop, trapeze, and more. This course is the first step towards joining our regular aerial programme at GCC. Come and discover the thrill of taking your circus skills to new heights!
Monday classes will have Acro and Aerial classes running simultaneously.
NOTE: To register as an adult simply create a 'child profile' for yourself. You can then register into your class as the 'child'.
