Take your aerial training to the next level! Our Teen Aerial classes are designed for young people who want to develop their skills across a range of aerial disciplines, including trapeze, aerial rope, hoop, cocoon and silks.
With more opportunity to focus on individual apparatus and skill-specific training, participants can build technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence while working towards personal goals and performance quality.
Due to current national insurance restrictions, all aerial skills are taught and practised within the permitted height limits. Our new insurance policy permits experienced students to work at height with teacher guidance.
We are excited to welcome everyone to our circus classes. If your child has any additional needs or might benefit from extra support we’d love to chat with you before booking so we can make sure we’re fully prepared to support them.
