A four week acro balance class for 18years +.

Acro-balance is a floor based acrobatic art that involves balance, lifts and creating shapes performed in pairs and groups. It's a fun physical and social activity based on trust and working together. We also will work on floor acro skill such as handstands, working towards hand to hand. Suitable for all levels.

NOTE: To register as an adult on class for kids simply create a 'child profile' for yourself. You can then register into your class as the 'child'.
