Are you serious about circus or a career in the performing arts? This camp serves as an introduction for those interested in joining the Galway Young Artists Collective (GYAC) programme in 2026. You do not have to be a member at Galway Community Circus to attend - dancers, gymnasts, theatre enthusiasts, performers of all kinds - all are welcome, as long as you are serious about improving your craft! In this camp, you'll dive into the vibrant world of circus arts where curiosity meets creativity. Open to young people aged 12-17, this camp is perfect for those passionate about performance and eager to upskill in a supportive, energetic environment. Participants will learn exciting tricks, refine their techniques, and explore new aesthetics and approaches to circus and performance. It’s a chance to connect with like-minded individuals, get inspired, and experience the dynamic world of circus arts. Whether you're moving up from our juniors class to the tweenies class, or joining for the first time, this camp is your gateway to developing new skills and discovering the magic of performance.
